Bringing people together is what "STRONG" is all about. In our group sessions, that is the mindset and energy that we bring to create the bonds between one another as we work together to push through every challenge we come across.
These classes focus on Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Core Development, and Muscular Strength and Endurance. The sessions will be composed of exercises such as push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, calisthenics, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and resistance work. Any level can join, from beginners to advanced.
We work with you to develop and execute a dynamic, personalized training program that fits your goals. Sessions can be done in the privacy of your own home, local park, or gym. Together, we will establish fitness and nutritional goals that will lead us toward successful results.
I am very thankful that the founders of our Company truly care about their employees. They make the effort to keep us happy, healthy and motivated. Sabrina from Dream Strong exemplifies this philosophy and she makes those in her class feel happy, healthy and motivated to work out. I've been attending Sabrina's weekly "Sculpt and Stretch" class during my workday for over a year now. Her class is extremely popular because of the positive energy she brings to each workout. I've come to the class feeling tired and worn down, and I always leave with a ton of energy and sense of hopefulness. Sabrina has the ability to sense the level of fitness of each member of class. She is dedicated to showing us the correct form to use with each exercise so we don't get injured. The pace she sets for the class keeps us improving, but it also keeps us safe. I'm able to incorporate what I learn in her class to my daily home workout routine. My health has definitely improved since taking her class. The tone she sets for the class has brought all of the students together, encouraging and empowering each other. I highly recommend attending Sabrina's classes.
Sabrina's energy and enthusiasm is over the top! You can't help but be swept up in it! Being a senior, I wanted to keep active and strengthen myself, and Sabrina's classes have totally fit that bill. She changes things up, pushes us (but stresses to not do anything that causes discomfort), circulates amongst us with encouragement, and closes class with a positive send off for the day. The classes are non-stop workouts. I always feel better for having been there and truly look forward to them. You can tell all participants love her classes . I feel stronger from participating in the classes and have even had several people comment that they can see a difference. Sabrina does it right and hits the mark!

I have been training with Sabrina for three years and have seen a significant amount of weight fall off my midsection.
